Warranty
There is a five (5) year warranty on all parts and workmanship. All parts can be either be repaired or replaced. If ever there is a problem, we stand behind our product, and you have our word and our reputation, that we'll make it right.
If you have warranty issues or need repairs to your Feathercraft, please contact us by phone or by email. You must receive a Return Authorization number along with shipping instructions prior to sending us anything. Print out and complete the Return Authorization Form. Include it with your shipment, writing the RA# on the outside of the package.
