Kurrent
The aluminum frame work consists of lighter weight aluminum alloy, with oversleeve reinforcement strutts at stress joins. The deck and hull are a light weight urethane fabric. Deck is the same 210 denier urethane coated nylon used on our inflatables. The hull is a lighter weight 420 denier urethane, with heavier reinforcement strips along the keel and chines. Care must be taken when approaching shore. The paddler needs to exit the kayak before landing to lift the kayak over sharp rocks, shells and barnacles. Smooth sand beach landings only.
